mmm don't know, perhaps its because it is something that cannot be captured as evidence or definately proved? Would be interesting to see though...

Good grief, dont give them ideas. Got enough rubbish with the ouija crap let alone regression as well. Most 'cases' of regression are found under hypnosis which could still be the imagination of the person.

I believe in it and I am considering it being done with Andrea, star of Have I been Here Before? It's £200 for a two hour initial session though and if you require another, its £100 therafter.

Hi angel2, yes me too! I hope I do get it done, but there is a waiting list, apparently. She is doing some tours soon too but not sure where.

Nope not for me, Im pretty sure if you'd had a bad few lifes before this one, digging it all up surely must trigger depression, or at the very lest a feeling of being low. Many spiritual practices after touching something deep inside can leave you drained and emotional too... not for me, life is too much of a struggle as it is. Good luck tho heak if you go ahead with it, do please update us with your progress hun xxx

I don't believe that regression actually brings past lives to the fore. It all seems to occur in some sort of REM dream state where the eyes can clearly be seen fluttering, so it's clear to me that that's the reason for the stories that come out of it.
I do think however that it can have positive effects sometimes. For example, people sometimes go looking for a reason for phobias etc, and often find the answer in a 'past life', which then puts them at ease. In that respect I think it's ok.
One telling factor in the debate was when that regression woman from ITV (with the really annoying voice) was on This Morning. Phil Schofield asked her if she actually believes in past life regression, and she skirted around the question and said something like it's a good therapy.
An interesting subject though. The past life chapter in my parapsychology textbook is my favourite bit.

Deja-vu is another interesting one isn't it. I'm more inclined to go with the scientific explanations though.
Often when I experience a feeling of deja-vu, I'll get a feeling of familiarity but then it will intensify and intensify the more I think of it. I put that down to a false memory being created rather than anything else.
However, I did meet someone not long ago, who I recognised, and she recognised me, but we could not think of one thing that would have brought us anywhere near eachother up to that point. She admitted that she had a bad feeling about me, and I admitted I had exactly the same feeling about her. Don't know if it was just strong first impressions or something, but I'm a nice person and I'm sure she was too! It was very odd.
