Awww good luck hun! I'm looking to lose at least 2 stone by April (fingers crossed). Been trying to cut down on fatty stuff, and eating those "Good for you" foods from Asda. Also been leaping about the living room to Angela Griffin's DVD, which if nothing else, is making me fitter! I'm can now actually manage to do more than just the warm up... Jackie xx

Ok...went to get weighed last night and all three of us were really nervous...for some reason I had to get on scales first as my mates didn't want to...I got on only to find out that I had lost 4 and a half pounds...woohoo...only another 2 and a half to go until Im down half a stone.

Well done! That's reallly good going. I'm trying to lose weight AND give up smoking at the same time – not sure how possible that is! But I'm glad to hear you're sticking to it.

Hiya hun, Thats fantastic hun well done!! I didnt make it to Weight Watchers last week as i thought i would try and lose the weight myself..........after another bad week i have decided that i MUST go to Weight Watchers this week! Keep it up Lisa hun, thats brilliant! xxx

I'm refusing to look at the scales, I'm just going to use an estimate of how baggy my clothes get lol... I used my DVD last night and I felt so stiff this morning - it was great lol! And went for a walk earlier which got rid of the stifness...so am now going to alternate between the DVD and walking each night Let's hope it works...fingers crossed

I measured myself yesterday to find out that I had lost between half an inch to one and a half inches since 6th Jan 06...not bad going.

Well done hunnie, you're doing really well!! I did fantastic last night - managed to somehow put 2lbs on!! (thats in a week btw not just the one night - now that WOULD be bad!) Not sure how that happened lol So it's more exercise #th7_5_130# #th7_5_120# and less fridge action #thfridge# for me this week i think!! xx
