the thing is NO names were mentioned so why slate yvette ? she could of been talking about joe bloggs next door for all we know ! she was involved in a discussion about alcholism, and was replying to this. Matthew wright in my opinion is a bit of a stirrer anyway and he likes to make good tv ( john leslie comments spring to mind lol), so i say that leave yvette alone !! Leave Yvette alone? Why? Because you say so? I have an opinion and am expressing it without being offensive. Yes she was asked the question about alcholism but said "I work with a very very heavy drinker". This implies its someone she works with, so this also implies it might even be someone at Antix. So I'll say again, she shouldn't of mentioned this at all. She said no names, but thats not the point. I'm not attacking her, so you don't need to get defensive. I'm just saying that she mentioned a co-worker and that their personality changed depending on the drinking.
It doesn't matter who it was, what they've done to her or whether YOU feel they deserve it or not. Its still not right to talk about someone like that, on a national TV program. If you feel that because of what a certain person may have done, they deserve it, then isn't this just being spitful. Have it out with them in person, not on national TV.
It would be like me having a succesful show. Having now famous co-workers, then going on a Live show and saying "Yeah I know about one of my co-workers has a drink problem and gets pissed all the time. Its not nice.". Then everyone will be looking at everyone else on the crew wondering who I was talking about. Now if you said "I've seen what Alcholism can do to someone. Its not nice and their personality changes depending on their drinking." That would of been fine if she had put it that way. That could be ANYONE.
But still. Seems people aren't liking my comments around here. Just because I have negative views. I'm not attacking Yvette, I'm just saying what she said wasn't right.
Your comment, and no offence to you, does smack of "I love Yvette, leave her alone, she can't do anything wrong. Well I don't want to admit that she does do some things wrong. And when someone points out that she does, in a constructive and non offensive way. I'm gonna get defensive and have no arguement and just say 'Leave Yvette alone'".
I shall be posting less from now on.
